About Me

Reflexology

Working with reflexology I plant seeds of healing, integration, and alignment so the body can return to balance, keeping you strong, healthy and feeling wonderful. I believe the feet are a reflection of the entire body and that by creating space, reducing pain, and strengthening the feet, your entire being will feel and function better.

I specialize in stress reduction, creativity boosts, reproductive and fertility issues, foot pain, foot strengthening, digestive woes, and mental/spiritual/emotional health improvement. I am not only a practicing reflexologist but I teach classes in the Seattle and Portland area and am available for private classes, tutoring, or training for your work place.

I create Bliss.

"You have a divine gift and I hope you share it with many people. I have seen a number of reflexologists before and have never felt that way. Blessings to you." Jennifer Martin, client

Tarot Readings

Tarot cards can provide a road map of where you are and the steps to get where you desire. I read tarot cards like a story, in your reading we will examine a question and seek solutions to get you where you are going. Depending on the length of session you choose we may have time to examine multiple questions.

I interpret the results of a spread to have the maximum impact and empowerment to get you moving forward. Any negative cards that arise are issues coming up, we will talk about different ways to learn from and transform them.

I suggest you bring a journal or recording device to your tarot reading as I will have no idea what has just come out of my mouth post session. This is the joy of surrendering to intuition.

I inspire.

"Amy's capacity to make specific use of archetypal symbols for my particular life question demonstrate her depth of knowledge and her giftedness with the intuitive sciences. Thank you for helping me to trust the truth that is in my life." Julia McKay, retreat participant

Philosophy

Someone once said to me that every word is a prayer- that we are each responsible for planting seeds of beauty, love, and compassion in every word we speak. Throughout life on planet Earth, we have been collecting words and stories. Some of these stories have empowered and encouraged and some of them have created wounds hidden deep in body, mind, and spirit.

Utilizing various forms of energy and bodywork, I work with clients to uncover the deep cellular patterns and stories that block them from fully being present in their lives. This work is about restoring balance so clients can lead whole, health, passionate lives full of joy.

Each person in my practice is treated as the unique individual they are. There are no set routines, outcomes, or plans. At each session we work together to evaluate where you are and determine where to go from there. I work purely through intuitive guidance, the skills I have gathered, and the feedback you provide to attain positive, healing results. This creates a truly inspired dynamic in which you become the focus and master of your own outcome.

I believe. In You.

"Amy is an intuitive, gentle soul whose work is deeply transformative. She listens with a compassionate heart and genuinely seeks the highest good for her clients. Amy draws from a beautifully diverse range of traditions and tools while humbly respecting each of her client's individual beliefs. She creates a safe environment, full of magic and reverence, where her clients can explore whatever they most secretly need." Kim Steffens, mentor
