A blessing is an old tradition way of clearing out previous owners energy and replacing it with the energy and intentions of the new owner. A person might choose to do this ritual if they feel a tenuous hold on the land and spirit of their place and want to make it more firm. They also might do it to fully claim the space and take complete responsibility of the home and land thereby entering into a relationship with the invisible helpers of their place.
You can use this ritual on any space, or outdoor environment. I have help bless new homes, homes after remodeling, homes needing to be sold faster and work environments. I can be very stealthy and non-invasive (a.k.a. invisible) if necessary.
